I Bought My Tickets But...
To reschedule your tickets, please visit our Change Of Date Request page.
Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.
Please note there is a $4.99 rescheduling fee per VIP & Premium ticket, and a $9.99 rescheduling fee per Basic ticket.
Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honored. In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 24 hours from your scheduled time slot.
Please contact us at ticketing.phoenix@immersiveklimt.com to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets and we don’t know why you would want to!
The name on your tickets is for buyer & COVID tracing info only and thus there is no change of name required on tickets. Anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. The buyer is responsible for tracking COVID-19 information within their party.
If you have purchased tickets to Immersive Klimt directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, you can use the “Ticket Resend” tool found HERE!
If the “Ticket Resend” tool was not able to find your order, your original order email may have a typo in it. Please contact the box office to have this rectified.

Immersive Klimt was created by the world-renowned master of digital art, Italy’s Massimiliano Siccardi, who for 30 years has been pioneering immersive exhibits in Europe. His Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit produced by Lighthouse Immersive has been seen by over 3 million visitors in North America.
A rebel, genius and legend – Gustav Klimt explored and expressed colours, shapes and patterns without inhibition or limitation. And now you can step inside his electrifying world and be swept away!
From the streets of Imperial Vienna to the natural world of water lilies, vibrant blooms and mermaids, to his acclaimed Golden Phase, lose yourself in the vivid imagery and bold colours of Immersive Klimt!
Exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start time of last entry time of the day. For entry time please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS
Location
Immersive Klimt will be coming to Lighthouse Artspace, located at 4301 N Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (Corner of N Scottsdale Road and E 5th Avenue), Lighthouse Artspace will be transformed into an unforgettable art experience where the art of Klimt will come to life around you.

Parking
The exhibit does not have dedicated onsite parking. Parking is located at Galleria Parking Garage, 4394N N Wells Fargo Avenue. There are also a number of public parking lots located near the venue, as well as a limited amount of street parking with two to three-hour limits. We are located within steps of the 5th Avenue Shopping District, giving patrons access to even more parking lots.
If you have concerns about driving or parking, there is a conveniently-located Uber/Lyft drop-off at the venue.
Transit
There is a bus stop for #72 directly in front of the entrance. More information on transit in Old Town Scottsdale can be found here.
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses and diaper bags, are subject to inspection.
Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

Accessibility
There is an accessibility ramp is at the corner of Scottsdale Road and 5th Avenue and is connected to the crosswalk. As you enter the exhibit off the street, there are two escalators that will bring you to the exhibit entrance.
Once inside the exhibit, the box office is located directly in front of the doors.
The main exhibit inside is all one floor – with a mezzanine up one flight of stairs that can also be accessed through an elevator. An elevator attendant will be assigned to you to help you navigate the space.
There is a men’s and women’s bathroom with accessible stalls on the first floor before the main entrance to the exhibit. There are two accessible, gender-neutral restrooms on the mezzanine level.
Part of the experience is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request.
There are some flashing lights, which may be difficult to tolerate for people with photosensitivity.
There is a low-input Sensory Relief area located downstairs with tables, chairs, and cold water available. Please see a gallery attendant for help accessing the space. The Sensory Relief area is wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have one first-come, first-serve wheelchair on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit.
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.

There are no refunds of tickets for the exhibit.
